Our new offer is an apartment in a quiet residential part of the large town of Pazardzik. The flat is with total living area of 39 sqm and consists of a large bedroom and a living room-diner with a small kitchen area.  There is a cellar of 3 sqm. The apartment is situated on the seventh floor of a block of flats just10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The building was built in 1988 made of concrete with drainage system, an elevator, chimneys and very good tarmac covering the roads around it. There is water, electric, a phone line, a bathroom and a toilet in the flat. The apartment needs some repair but this is not a problem because our team of professional builders will do it at a reasonable price for you. There is a nice view and 200 m away is the river of Maritsa making the flat’s location ideal for fishing. One our drive is located the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia and just 20 minutes away from Pazardzik is the second biggest city and cultural capital  - Plovdiv.
